Yes, exercise. This is probably the last thing you want to do when you’re hangover but it’s a good thing to do. It doesn’t have to be an extreme workout but try to break a sweat. Sweating will release toxins that have accumulated in the body. Do this with moderation and make sure to drink enough water.

Water, water, water.
Alcohol dehydrates your body, the best cure for this is, of course, water. Try to alternate your alcoholic drinks with a glass of water. Also, before you go to bed after a night filled with booze, try to drink at least 500ml before you go to bed.

Don’t drink coffee, drink tea.
Maybe you’re used to immediately grab a cup of coffee after a though night, don’t do this. Coffee will only dehydrate you more than you already are. Instead, drink some tea. 

Step outside.
Fresh air could save you from a lot of hassle. Take a walk in your nearby nature, the fresh air will stimulate your brain functions which have decreased by the alcohol.
